Shipping Policy

Shipping Fees:

We apply a flat shipping fee of $4.95 to all orders.

Shipping Locations:

Currently, we exclusively ship within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.

Processing and Delivery Time:

Your orders undergo two stages: processing and delivery.

  • For 2D products such as T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, and Drinkware, processing typically requires 1-3 business days, followed by 4-6 business days for shipping.
  • For 3D products including Hawaiian shirts, Jersey shirts, Blankets, Bedding sets, etc., processing generally takes 3-6 days, followed by 5-7 business days for shipping.

Tracking & Lookup:

In the event you haven’t received a tracking number, your order is still in the processing stage. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery Delays:

Please ensure that all delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or incomplete information may necessitate contacting you for updates, possibly leading to delays. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

Incorrect Address:

Should your package arrive at a location different from the provided shipping address, we will either credit a refund to your account or replace the item, as per your preference. Please note that we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect order details provided by the customer.

Lost Packages:

We do not accept direct responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Claims for such occurrences must be processed through the shipping company by the purchaser. If your entire shipment is not received within two full days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately for assistance in filing a claim with the shipping company.

PO Box Restrictions:

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses.

Tax Policy:

We do not impose taxes on orders.

Emergency Situations:

Order delivery may be subject to delays due to acts of nature. In such cases, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or weather delays, [Besthina] shall not be held liable and will not issue any refunds or credits.
